Ψηφιακά Πιστοποιητικά και Διοικητικές Πράξεις
Μέσω αυτής της υπηρεσίας κάθε δημότης έχει τη δυνατότητα να μπει στο σύστημα έκδοσης ψηφιακών πιστοποιητικών και διοικητικών πράξεων του δήμου Φιλοθέης - Ψυχικού, να κάνει αίτηση και στη συνέχεια να παραλάβει ηλεκτρονικά το πιστοποιητικό ή τη βεβαίωση που τον ενδιαφέρει, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να έρθει αυτοπροσώπως στο δημαρχείο ή στο ΚΕΠ.
Η νέα αυτή υπηρεσία κάνει χρήση των κωδικών που διαθέτει κάθε πολίτης στο taxisnet. Οι κωδικοί αυτοί χρησιμοποιούνται για την εισαγωγή στο σύστημα, χωρίς να χρειάζεται οποιαδήποτε επιπλέον εγγραφή του χρήστη ή ενεργοποίηση οποιουδήποτε λογαριασμού. Απλά και γρήγορα!
Η σταδιακή ενσωμάτωση όλων των υπηρεσιών του δήμου μας στη νέα ψηφιακή υπηρεσία, θα μας επιτρέψει την έκδοση περισσότερων ψηφιακών πιστοποιητικών και βεβαιώσεων στο άμεσο μέλλον.
Συνοπτικά, τα βήματα που προβλέπει η νέα ηλεκτρονική διαδικασία, είναι τα εξής:
Εισέρχεστε στο σύστημα με την χρήση των προσωπικών κωδικών σας στο taxisnet
(Σημαντική σημείωση: Ο δήμος Φιλοθέης - Ψυχικού δεν αποκτά ούτε πρόκειται ποτέ να αποκτήσει πρόσβαση στους προσωπικούς σας κωδικούς στο taxisnet . Η χρήση τους πραγματοποιείται αποκλειστικά και μόνο για την ταυτοποίησή σας, η οποία και εκτελείται μέσω διεπαφής που παρέχει η Γενική Γραμματεία Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων).
Συμπληρώνετε τα απαραίτητα, κατά περίπτωση, πεδία και επισυνάπτετε τα σχετικά έγγραφα.
Επιλέγετε “Αποστολή Αίτησης”.
Η αίτηση σας ελέγχεται από την αρμόδια υπηρεσία του δήμου. Εφόσον είναι πλήρης, τότε το πιστοποιητικό ή η βεβαίωση σας αναρτάται στο σύστημα και εσείς ενημερώνεστε με σχετικό email, προκειμένου να εισέλθετε με τον ίδιο τρόπο και να το παραλάβετε από την λίστα “Ολοκληρωμένα Αιτήματα”.
Εφόσον διαπιστωθούν παραλείψεις ή σφάλματα στην αίτησή σας, αυτή σας επιστρέφεται με σχετική αναφορά των αλλαγών που πρέπει να πραγματοποιήσετε, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να συμπληρώσετε την αίτηση από την αρχή. Για την διόρθωση της αίτησής σας θα λάβετε και πάλι σχετικό email, προκειμένου να εισέλθετε εκ νέου στο σύστημα και να διορθώσετε την αίτησή σας μέσω της λίστας “Ανοικτά Αιτήματα”.
Ο Δήμος Φιλοθέης - Ψυχικού κατ’ εφαρμογή του Γενικού Κανονισμού για την Προστασία των Προσωπικών Δεδομένων (GDPR) ΕΕ 2016/679, σας ενημερώνει ότι η χρήση των δεδομένων σας, θα πραγματοποιηθεί αποκλειστικά για τη διεκπεραίωση της εκάστοτε αίτησής σας, στο πλαίσιο της εκπλήρωσης καθηκόντων που εκτελούνται προς το δημόσιο συμφέρον και κατά την ενάσκηση δημόσιας εξουσίας.
